The Seychelles Land Transport Agency (SLTA) wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the project for Topographic Survey at St Louis to Beau Vallon for the Proposed Road Widening, through the Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

Towards the end of February to the beginning of March 2022, the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) shall be installing a submarine cable link between Eve Island (Praslin) and in the vicinity of Round Island. The project's objective is to establish a second straight cable link from Praslin to La Digue by interconnecting to the existing cable that currently connects to La Digue through Round Island.

Towards the end of February to the beginning of March 2022, the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) shall be installing a submarine cable link between Eve Island (Praslin) and in the vicinity of Round Island. The project's objective is to establish a second straight cable link from Praslin to La Digue by interconnecting to the existing cable that currently connects to La Digue through Round Island.

To facilitate this project, PUC intends to acquire the services of a barge (large vessel) with crane capacity to withhold 14.5 Tons, to undertake the following:

Hire of lifting and transportation facilities

1. Lifting and transportation cable stands (x3) from Roche Caiman Power Station to Ste Anne Jetty, including loading on vessel.
2. Lifting and transportation cable drums (x3, 14.5T) from Roche Caiman to Ste Anne Jetty, including loading on vessel.
3. Unloading and transportation of equipment to Roche Caiman site after cable installation. 

Charter of vessel

1. Transportation of Cables from Mahe to Praslin (3 drums of 3.5km each).
2. Installation of submarine cable from Round Island to Eve Island – Praslin.
3. Return trip to Mahe with equipment.

 

The Public Utilities Corporation wishes to inform interested parties that it will be undertaking the Procurement of 15mm Dry Dial Class C Multi-Jet Water Meters (body material: brass) through the adoption of Limited Bidding method under Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

The Public Utilities Corporation is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible firms to provide the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) with brokerage services for a period of two years, effective as of 1st January 2022 up to 31st December 2024.

The Public Utilities Corporation is hereby request to pre-qualify from f qualified and reputable vehicle garage operators on Praslin to provide vehicle repair and maintenance services.
