Tender documents can be collected as from 9.00am on Wednesday 28th September 2016 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150 to Administrative Office, Project Implementation Unit, 2nd Floor Independence House, Victoria. Please note that deadline for purchase of tender documents is Wednesday 05th October 2016 not later than 12:00.
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.
Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
Site visits will be conducted on Friday 07th October 2016 at 10.00 am followed by pre-bid conferences for any queries, remarks and/or suggestions. The meeting point at Grand Anse Mahe District Administration. It is compulsory for all bidders to attend the site visit meeting.
Completed tenders must be returned in plain sealed envelopes addressed to THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD with the project title clearly marked on the envelope.
Tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA and not later than 10:00hours on Wednesday 19th October 2016.
There shall be a formal tender opening immediately thereafter and bidders are welcome to attend. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
