Project Title: Vegetation Clearing on Ile de Romainville
Eligibility: All registered and licensed Class I and II Contractors.
Subject: To improve the working conditions for the operations and maintenance of its infrastructure on Ile de Romainville, PUC intends to clear all the vegetation and tidy the debris into neat piles on the island. PUC is inviting all suitable and eligible Contractors to tender for these works.
Collection of tender: The tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 250.00 each as from Monday 26th September 2016 to Friday 30th September 2016 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing it.
Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Monday 3rd October 2016 at 10:00hrs at PUC Head Office, Electricity House, Roche Caiman.
Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site on Ile de Romainville on Monday 3rd October 2016 after the pre-bid meeting. Transportation to Ile de Romainville will be arranged for attendees.

Submission of Tender:
Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Vegetation Clearing on Ile de Romainville” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria.
Closing date for tender:
The closing date for the tender is Wednesday 12th October 2016 at 10:00hrs.
Opening of Tender:
Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Wednesday 12th October 2016 at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé not later than 10:00hrs Seychelles time.
Bidders are welcome to attend the opening.
