The Seychelles Ports Authority invites tenders for “Renovation on Existing Facilities at the Operation Yard Mahe Quay”. The aim of the tender is to improve the Operation staffs working environment.

The Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following project. PROJECT TITLE: Major Renovation works on five (5) Blocks of Flats at Dan Koko – St Louis
ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) all locally registered labour contractors who can provide the service in line with PUC’s scope of work within the specified time frame.

The Ministry of Lands and Housing intends to develop a new land bank in La Gogue in several plots for housing. As part of its obligation and commitment to supply potable water to all, PUC has been requested to service the developers with potable water at adequate pressure. For successful completion of project, PUC solicits the service of class1 contractor with experience in pipe laying works to participate in the above-mentioned. The Works shall comprise of the following:

1. Excavation Works (in earth and concrete)
2. Excavation in drain
3. Drilling and excavation in rocks
4. Laying of 100mm DI pipeline and 63mm HDPE pipe with fittings and accessories
5. Backfilling and compaction with selected and/or imported materials
6. Construction of reinforced concrete structures (corbels, pillars, slip anchor, thrust blocks)
7. Reinstatement works
8. Pressure testing of pipeline
